²³ If you will do this, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all these people will also return home satisfied.”

²⁴ Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything that he had said. ²⁵ Moses chose capable men from all of Israel and made them leaders over the people: officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens.
